Harbor Plumbing runs 2 vans out of a yard on the east side. Dale owns it and still works one of the vans himself.
Kayla takes the calls, writes jobs on a pad, and Dale re-types every quote at his kitchen table at night: opens the last one, changes the numbers, sends it.
He does not know what that costs him, and he will not enjoy being asked.
